The Broadband World Forum in Yokohama, Japan this year was a great success.
With over 3,500 attendees and over 30 exhibitors getting together to share ideas and network, the forum provided the ideal setting for professionals in this industry to gain experience in this vital industry. Speakers from leading companies like NTT, Alcatel, Cisco, just to name a few, gave detailed presentations and sparked interesting discussion on a wide range of topics on Broadband technology. Panels and workshops debated key issues, and valuable details emerged from the participants, experiences that added to the overall benefit of bringing together industry leaders together in a region of the world where broadband developments are in full force.
GII found the show to be a success as well. Our booth attracted numerous visitors who were very glad to learn that there is a one stop shop for Market Research in Japan and East Asia. Using the chance to exhibit sample reports and explain our business approach, GII was able to promote our publishers content to the kind of executives that have a need for market research. This type of marketing allows GII the unique chance to build a client database of key contacts interested in just the type of research reports our content providers produce in such hard to reach markets as Japan.
