Tektronix remains the largest supplier in the service assurance market, with revenue in its core business of probe systems outperforming most of its competitors. IBM, Hewlett-Packard, JDS Uniphase (JDSU), CA and Ericsson (Telcordia Technologies) completed the top six. Mobile services continue to grow and account for most service assurance investments. The probe systems sub-segment outperformed all sub-segments except for service management.
