Help Desk service refers to the information support service provided by IT outsourcing vendors to the clients' IT systems and working flow.

IT operation and maintainance outsourcing mainly refers to IT hardware and network operation and maintainance, which generally requires the client enterprises transfer part or all of their IT assets to IT service providers.

IT application management outsourcing (focusing on software applications): provides maintainance and upgrade to the applications that the enterprises have the owership, and provide operation management services to applications that the enterprises don' t have the ownership.
