driven by EU legislation that is mandating the phase out of inefficient
lighting technologies. CFLs is the major product segment; however, LED
lighting is gaining market share as well. Although LED lighting is a niche
market, it is expected to gain mainstream acceptance as LED prices fall. The
residential application segment remains the largest consumer of lighting
