HTStec's ‘Single Cell Technologies 2012’ report was published on 8 August 2012.
This 50 page report summarizes the results of HTStec's industry-wide global
web-based benchmarking survey on cell migration, motility or invasion assays
carried out in July 2012. The questionnaire was compiled by HTStec to address
the needs and interests of the cell migration assay vendor community. The main
objectives of the study were to comprehensively document and understand
current use of cell migration, motility or invasion assays. The survey also
examined the application requirements, market opportunities, metrics, costs,
unmet needs and demand for such assays. Equal emphasis was given to soliciting
opinion from all areas and organisations were cell migration assays were being
deployed. The report is based on 130 responses, from persons or groups
undertaking cell migration assays and using or planning to use assay kits or
related products.
