Thailand Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Survey 2009: Communication Usage and Purchasing Behavior published by IDC in February, 2010. This report consists of Pages: 41 and the price starts from US $ 2500.
Abstract
This IDC Study uses results from IDC Asia/Pacific' s Communication Study,
Telecommunications and WAN Study, Networking and Hosting Study, and Unified
Communications Study 2009. This document identifies trends in corporate data
and Internet access service uptake, network expenditure, and outsourcing by
the Thailand small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It also examines
budgeting and service provider (SP) preference of companies on this
segment.
According to Worajate Charoennish, communications research analyst, IDC Asia/Pacific "SMEs'
behavior is changing. SPs will have to take a moment
to respond to this change. Besides competition among telecommunications SPs,
challenges from IT SPs that started to focus on the
SME market is a factor that telecommunications SPs have to
keep an eye on.".
