As a consequence of continuing economic issues in many countries, total EMEA revenue for enterprise IP telephony equipment dropped after two years of recovery. This vendor market share review demonstrates that some players were able to resist this challenge better than others; in particular, those that could rely on a steady migration of a relatively strong TDM customer bases toward IP telephony were able to defend or even grow their market share.
