Overall, the shipment performance in full-year 2010, due to the peak-season demand during the Lunar New Year, chipset and component shortage was expected to become even more severe in the first quarter. It was expected that with the production capacity returning to normal levels in the second quarter of 2010 would normal shipments resume.
