The report is devoted to investigation of current standing of market of zinc concentrate and metal in Russia and forecast of its development.

The report consists of nine parts, contains 54 pages including 19 Figures, 17 Tables and 2 Appendices. This work is desk study. As information sources, data of Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat), Federal Customs Service (FCS), railage statistics, the Statistics Agency of Kazakhstan and regional press, annual and quarterly reports of companies, and web-sites of company-producers and consumers.

In the first chapter of the report presents data on the mineral resource base in Russia zinc - zinc reserves in the region, the main field.

The second chapter is devoted to the production of zinc concentrate by enterprises of Russia. In this section, the report presents data on volumes of production of zinc in concentrate by enterprises in Russia in 1992-2011, as well as forecast production of zinc in concentrate in Russia before 2020

The third chapter is devoted to describing the current state of the main producer of zinc in zinc concentrate in Russia - OJSC "Uchalinskiy mine"

In the fourth chapter of the report presents data on foreign trade of Russia with a zinc concentrate (1995-2011), given the volume of exports and imports, the geography of supply, data on the main suppliers.

The fifth chapter is devoted to analysis of the balance of production and consumption of zinc concentrate and zinc production in Russia (1992-2011).

In the sixth chapter of the report describes current standing of producers of zinc metal in Russia - OJSC "Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant" and JSC "Electrozinc."
