The report is devoted to investigation of current standing of market of catalysts for oil refining in Russia and forecast of its development.

The purpose of the study - an analysis of oil refining catalyst market.

The objects of study are the catalysts used in the main refining processes (cracking, hydrogenation processes, reforming, isomerization).

This work is a desk study. As information sources, data of Federal Service of State Statistics (Rosstat ), the statistics of rail transport, customs statistics, the database " InfoMine ". Also, data of sectoral and regional press, annual and quarterly reports of companies, web -sites of company - producers and consumers of catalysts as well as scientific and technical literature.

The chronological scope of the study: 2006-2012 forecast - 2013-2020

Geography Research: Russia.

The volume of research: report consists of 6 chapters, contains 153 pages, including 71 tables, 27 figures and 8 appendix.

The first chapter is devoted to the description of the classification of oil refining catalysts and identification of key areas the use of catalytic processes in the refining sector.

In the second chapter, the detailed nomenclature produced in the Russian oil refining catalysts and their brief description. A review of the basic raw materials required for the production of catalysts for oil refining.

The third chapter is devoted to the production of catalysts for oil refining in Russia. Given the statistical and estimated data on volumes of the catalysts in Russia in 2006-2012, revealed the structure of production of catalysts by species. A survey of Russian enterprises producing catalysts for oil refining, as well as organizations involved in the development and implementation of these catalysts.

The fourth chapter is devoted to analysis of foreign trade operations with Russian oil refining catalysts in 2006-2012 also describes the main foreign companies supplying these catalysts on the Russian market. This chapter also gives information about the level of export- import prices on refining catalysts of various kinds in 2006-2012 (cracking, hydrotreating , hydrocracking, reforming and isomerization).

The fifth chapter of the report describes consumption of catalysts for oil refining in Russia. In this section the balance of production and consumption in 2006-2012, the structure of consumption by type. Also, the characteristic of the Russian refining industry and a review of the use of oil refining catalysts in various processes.

The sixth chapter presents forecast of development of Russian oil refining catalyst market in 2020

The appendix contains a list of existing and planned facilities cracking, hydrotreating, hydrocracking, reforming and isomerization in Russia.

Also given contact information on enterprises producing and consuming petroleum catalysts.
