Introduction

Abstract

The evolution of mobile phone technology and markets has gone hand in hand with the perennial quest of wireless carriers to improve their margins. While video applications are grabbing headlines, it is far easier to imagine data-driven financial applications a “must have” utility for consumers for many years to come.
