Abstract
UK SMEs are aware of the benefits that new technology brings to their
business. They are attracted by predictable monthly charging models and are
good targets for bundled, managed and hosted services. There is clearly an
opportunity for service providers offering managed services, with a
significant number of SMEs interested in adopting new solutions as a managed
service package.
This report presents the results of our survey of SMEs in the UK, outlining
their budget priorities and attitudes to telecoms sourcing and usage.
