About Our Data

TeleGeography's business broadband pricing data provides plan prices and specifications for 174 countries.

Data currently reflects public information gathered from service provider websites between 2016 and 2022; it includes details on 7,197 unique business broadband plans in the 2022 dataset with bandwidths ranging up to 10 Gbps. In Q2 2022 we updated any data plans that had changed from previous years and added new plans.

Unlike our other pricing databases in which providers are made anonymous, these are public ISP plans. This means users can see the provider name and click through to the specific plan pages to gather additional information attached to prices.

Business broadband services consist of (generally) contended internet service delivered to business users over a range of infrastructure and access technologies. Service providers connect to their customers with twisted copper pairs, coaxial cable, fiber, and wireless connections. They deliver Internet access over this infrastructure using variations of digital subscriber lines, cable, LAN/FTTx, and wireless technologies. The technology variation, a reflection of the specific equipment the service provider has deployed, determines parameters like data throughput and transfer symmetry.
