In the event that you need to cancel a registration, you may:
Transfer your registration to a colleague within your organization.
Transfer your registration to another AABC program.
Request a refund minus a $100 processing fee per conference.
Request a refund minus the cost of ordering the documentation CD.
Cancellations will only be accepted up to two weeks prior to the conference.
Special discounts do not apply to pre-registered attendees.
Program and speakers are subject to change. Efforts will be made to notify participants in the event of cancellations and/or schedule changes.
AABC will not be responsible for any costs incurred, including airfare (or penalties) and hotel, as a result of a cancellation, instructor, or date and time change.
