Status of Employee Retention in Europe

This IDC Market Perspective examines employee retention dynamics in Europe based on a large, European IDC survey of 2,785 employees from March 2022. The objective of this study is to provide human capital management software vendors and European employers with a facts-based analysis on retention and employee experience."European organizations are under severe pressure as employees have new requirements related to compensation, working conditions, flexible work, and career development.
