"New over-the-top video services known as 'virtual pay TV' that compete directly with traditional pay TV will cause accelerated subscriber erosion during the forecast period. Cumulative erosion of the subscriber base across cable, satellite, and telco TV during 2019-2023 is forecast to top 20 million."
