LNS has been used to treat moderate acute malnutrition; however, there is no consensus on it being more effective than CSB (Corn soy blend). LNS is given in smaller doses, more so because they are more concentrated. These supplements are designed to provide 50 to 100% of the day's energy requirements.

Asia-Pacific is the Fastest Growing Region
