Although its performance was relatively conservative under the influence of the overall inventory adjustment in the industry chain in 1H23, chip assembly and test manufacturing (ATM) has a long-term demand in the market. With the gradual destocking in the supply chain in 2H23, demand will pick up for the ATM of chips used for smartphones, AI, and high-performance computing (HPC). Therefore, the performance in 2H23 is projected to be better than that in the first half."
