This IDC study aims to provide a road map for operationalizing charitable giving, provisioning a path for thinking about where, how, and why to implement certain programs in a world that is increasingly digital and omni-channel, overrun with product, and full of people in need. It considers the why, what, who, and how, including issues such as related focus on sustainability and how this overlaps with charity, and considering how artificial intelligence (AI) can provide insight to improve your programs."Increasingly, retailers are reflecting on what they stand for, sometimes driven by purpose as much as by profit," said Jordan K.
