This IDC study examines the market for digital business professional services, which is forecast to grow low double digits, with a CAGR of 14.6%, and is expected to reach over $400.0 billion by 2027. The forecast model is based on the professional services spending estimates created by IDC services analysts worldwide, which are then modeled and adjusted using IDC's Worldwide Digital Transformation Spending Guide."The evolution from digital transformation to digital business has begun in earnest. While we continue to see broad-based adoption of digital transformation across all types of organizations, the new factor driving spending growth this year is organizations creating new digital products, services, and experiences to complement their traditional revenue streams," says Erin Hichman, research manager, Digital Business Professional Services at IDC.
