The Landscape of Converged Charging Systems in EMEA Telcos

This IDC Perspective considers the landscape for telco converged charging systems (CCS) in EMEA. As telcos progress their 5G investments, CCS become foundational to monetizing new services such as network slicing and rationalizing the number of charging systems telcos operate in their networks.
