It comprises a forecast of the value of the overall European telecom services market (including fixed and mobile voice and data services and pay TV services).Additionally, the report focuses on the evolution of telecom services spending in the consumer and small and medium-sized business (SMB; 1-249 employees) market segments, as these segments account for 89% of total European telecom services spending. They also represent the main arena in which telcos are competing with standardized one-to-many offerings and scalable bundles, as well as exploring new business models and propositions to retain this large customer base."The telecom services market will be driven by the intensive use of mobile and fixed connectivity but will demonstrate almost flat end-user spending.
