Neste's Singapore complex produces 1.3 million t/y renewable hydrocarbons from waste cooking oil, yet collection and pre-treatment inflate delivered cost relative to fossil naphtha. LyondellBasell passes these differentials through its Circulen Plus line, limiting penetration to customers who can book carbon savings against corporate targets.
