A Benchmarking System to Spark Companies to Action - Innovation That Fuels New Deal Flow and Growth Pipelines

This Frost Radar™ evaluates wireline and mobile telecommunications providers, managed service providers, internet service providers, value-added resellers, systems integrators, and other types of resellers of hosted IP telephony, cloud PBX, and/or UCaaS services. The size of a provider's North American UCaaS installed base is the main metric that Frost & Sullivan considered when determining the top 16 market participants to evaluate. Some providers were excluded because of limited available information about their growth and innovation strategies.

Growth Index ratings took into account participants' historical performance, as well as their ability to sustain and accelerate growth in the future. Installed UCaaS seats were used to evaluate historical growth rates and market shares of the featured providers. Future growth ratings incorporate seat metrics and revenue models to more accurately assess providers' financial stability and growth potential. Innovation Index ratings reflect the depth of capabilities providers have built over time and their current and future pace of innovation. Key evaluation criteria include the breadth of the solution portfolios and the extent to which roadmaps align with major technology trends.
