This IDC study presents the results of a cluster analysis of 827 survey respondents based on their past use of IT consulting. Four clusters were identified (risk-centric conservatives, framework architects, strategic operators, and DX transformers). The clusters represent distinct segments of buyers based on their orientation to using IT consulting services.
