This report draws on our survey of 19 500 consumers worldwide to offer a detailed analysis of consumer interest in, and willingness to pay for, direct-to-device (D2D) services across various demographic segments in 19 countries.
Over 90% of respondents to our survey are interested in at least one type of satellite D2D service. Mobile network operators (MNOs) should consider adopting D2D to boost customer retention, attract rivals' users and create upselling opportunities.
