Cloud deployment leads at 70% share and is also growing fastest, at roughly 21.0% CAGR, as organizations rely on scalable infrastructure to manage large datasets and distributed AI development pipelines.

Machine Learning Testing is the largest technology category at 40% share, foundational to AI applications across healthcare and finance. Generative AI Testing is growing fastest, at approximately 21.2% CAGR, as hallucination and prompt-consistency validation become critical; hallucination rates across 26 leading models ranged from 22% to 94% in 2025, per Stanford HAI.
