The foodservice profit sector generated revenues of IDR713 trillion ($43.3 billion) in 2025, recording a CAGR of 14.9% during 2020-25. The number of transactions and the outlet count registered CAGRs of 11.2% and 1.3%, respectively, during the period. FSR was the largest profit sector channel, accounting for a 59.6% share of total sales, distantly followed by QSR with 10.7%.
